The 1920s are having a moment this winter. To set 2012 off most stylishly, head to Bedroom Bar for a modern uptake of the 1920s speakeasy. Music includes electro vintage and gypsy beats and live sets from Sam and the Womp, Top Shelf Jazz, Molotov Jukebox and Kiwistar as well as DJs to keep you dancing long after midnight. Dressing up is totally optional, though it’s bound to be more fun. Expect girls in fringe dresses, dapper looking gents and at least one feather boa floating around somewhere. A must for all wannabe flappers and philosophers, swing and jazz lovers and for those who were born way past of their time!
