The Serpentine Gallery’s annual Summer Party is a major fixture of London’s social calendar. Held every year in the award-winning temporary architecture commission (The Pavilion), it attracts A-list guests from the worlds of art, architecture, philanthropy, business, society, and contemporary culture.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an Event Planner to join the team that will deliver the 2011 Summer Party. Working closely with the Senior Event Consultant and supervising an intern, the Event Planner will be involved in all aspects of planning the party, including guest list, invitations, logistics, catering, production, sponsorship and marketing.
The successful candidate will have approximately 2 years experience planning and delivering events at the highest level. A knowledge of the Serpentine Gallery’s activities and donors would be advantageous.
