Print Sales Coordinator, The Photographers' Gallery

The Photographers’ Gallery is seeking a confident, articulate individual with proven experience and photographic knowledge to work as part of a small team.

Duties will include: planning and management of events and exhibitions, researching prospective clients and opportunities, handling print stock, managing the departments databases and client lists and working with artists and photographers to support the sale of prints.

The Photographers’ Gallery is the UK’s primary venue for photography and one of London’s most popular public galleries. The gallery is currently undergoing a major refurbishment program and is due to reopen its new galleries in late 2011.

All profits from the sale of photographic prints through the Print Sales department, go back into supporting the galleries public programmes. Print Sales represents 40 emerging and established photographic artists whose work appeals to a wide and varied audience.

Salary: £20k-25k pro-rata
