Exhibition Information
Venue: Mile End Art Pavilion, Grove Road, Mile End Park, E3 4QY
Private View: Wednesday 30 March 6 – 9pm
Exhibition Dates: Friday 1 April to Saturday 9 April
Open: Tue to Fri 6 – 8 pm, Sat & Sun 2 – 8 pm

Application Requirements
* Up to 3 images of work you would like to submit for the show, clearly labeled with your name, title of the work, size, medium, and date
* A short statement about your work (up to 300 words)
* A short statement of your involvement with Tower Hamlets (whether you are resident there, work there, or if your work is somehow relevant to the borough). This can be part of the email or letter body.
* A current CV (this is for information only and will not be used in the selection process)
* A brief letter or email to indicate that you have read and agree with the Participation Requirements (below) and a list of at least two days on which you are willing to invigilate the show.

Participation Requirements
Delivery of Work: If your works are chosen it is your responsibility to deliver these to the gallery on Monday 28 March
Installation: All installation is the responsibility of the organisers and will take place on Monday 28 and Tuesday 29 March. If you would like to assist on either of these days please let us know – your help will be appreciated.
Invigilation: Please indicate at least two days on which you are willing to invigilate the exhibiton. We will choose one of these and inform you of our choice.
Deinstallation: All deinstallation of work is the responsibility of the organisers and will take place on Sunday 10 April. If you would like to get involved, please let us know.
Removal of Work: All work must be removed by the artists on Sunday 10 April.
